Delicious food!

Emily W's attitude when she THINKS customers cant hear her - oh wow. Originally, she was wonderful. Did everything right and was super sweet. Then she came to our table an HOUR AND A HALF after we sit down to tell us that there was an issue with our order in the system and they were expediting it. Which was great. Food was awesome. Left a note on the comment card about how our server admitted there was an issue with our order and no one came over to offer to comp even just one of meals - let alone both. All we got was a SINGULAR piece of cake (we were on a date so there were 2 of us) - and didn't even get the option of picking a flavor. However, that was whatever. UNTIL I heard Emily, our server tonight, actively reading my comment card ALOUD to her coworkers and talking bad about what I said. Might i add, i was never once rude to her nor did i even blame her - all i said on the card was she admitted there was an error that occured and she was fixing it. I just wouldve appreciated even the offer of comping our meal. However, after hearing the way she spoke about us - WHILE WE WERE STILL THERE, might i add - I'm absolutely floored.

As always great food the Scallop appetizer on point! Calamari and the sauce they give you pergect match staff friendly and welcoming I was raised in an Italian family they make you feel like your at that gavorite relatives home ! That cooks unbelievably oh yeah the coffee is perfect !

We stopped in while we were in town and they asked if we had reservations, we did not. They made room at the bar for us to sit and enjoy a fabulous meal!! The wait staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. The other patrons were super friendly as well. The food was amazing! The restaurant is very clean and well kept. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion size. We will definitely be back next time we are in town....and we will be sure to make reservations. Highly recommend a meal here!!

We arrived close to closing time for dinner. We felt bad because we didn’t know the hours before we went. We tried to leave because I’ve worked in the food service industry before and didn’t want to be “those people.” We were asked to stay and enjoy ourselves and take our time. The food, service and night couldn’t have been better. We were so happy we stayed and grateful for the experience. Thank you .

My friend, Kimba, and I had dinner here tonight . EVERYTHING about our dinner was top rate ... the food, drinks , and service were all top notch . We will be coming back. Thankyou Donatello's !!

An hour of my life and 85 bucks I wish I could take back. The reviewers praising this restaurant have never had good food. Overpriced, overcooked and under portioned cheap knock off Italian food. What a shame. ☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️ .........update from original review. To the owner, This isn't social media. And speaking to someone wouldnt fix the issue and you know it. Google maps asks for reviews. Don't act suprised at my review. You know very well what your restaurant is serving people. You're angry because I called you out about it. You try to create the illusion of high end restaurant with your little chocolates and fake candles. You are robbing people and you know it. Take the criticism and do better. It's not my fault you gave up.

AMAZING EVERYTHING! FROM THE FOOD TO THE SERVICE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT IF YOUR IN THE AREA. FAMILY OWNED SINCE DAY ONE ,ALWAYS WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THE CUSTOMERS. ANY BAD REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY FROM LOW LIFE TROLLS WHO HAVE A REPUTATION OF EITHER COMPLAINING TO ACHIEVE A FREE MEAL OR HAVE MADE A HOBBY OF TRYING TO RUIN SMALL BUSINESS. EXPERIENCE FOR YOURSELF AND YOU BE THE JUDGE . IF ANYTHING AT ALL IS NOT UP TO YOUR LIKING I ASSURE YOU WILL ALWAYS BE SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME!

Always a great friendly place to eat Vegetarian options: Many dishes for them- just don’t add protein Dietary restrictions: Had a vegetarian with us Wheelchair accessibility: Need more disabled parking but not their fault
