I have been a long time customer but I have to say I was a bit disappointed the last time we were there. We enjoyed the banter with the chef and the service was good. My biggest complaint is I have noticed that prices have increased significantly and portion size was also a lot smaller. At least for me this change will only cause me to not come as often. It has become too expensive and I feel like I am not getting my monies worth.
Good food and service. Our chef was very fun and a good sense of humor.
Super basic. Sushi rice tasted stale .. maybe the hibachi is better but if you're not having hibachi, only sushi available ..
It’s fun for the whole family. The chefs are phenomenal and they really make it fun for the kids. The food is delicious. It’s a family favorite.
They sat us and we waited 40 minutes with a baby because they couldn’t fill the entire table and didn’t want to serve just us.
As first our visit felt like a great experience. We enjoyed the humor in the chefs banter, the food seemed great. It wasn't until later that evening when I was home that I became violently ill from the shrimp I ate. I was fortunately the only one in my family that choose the shrimp so everyone else faired well with the food. I ended up with excruciating stomach pain, body aches, nausea, and vomiting, to the point I would relate it to my experiences being induced into labor, and trying to forgo the pain medicine. I attempted to wait it out at home, had a PCP visit, they gave me nausea meds, which wasn't as helpful as id wished. I ended up at the hospital and then giving me fluids. My blood work shows things amping up to fight a bacterial infection. The body aches were unbearable. The experience was so awful I may never eat shrimp again in fear I would be subjected to the same circumstances. It's completely possible they got a bad batch of shrimp, the service half of my experience was great.
The food was really good especially the lobster. The service was good. People should come here more often.
