Too much to say, service all around was HORRIBLE. Took well over an hour from order to delivery
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I had a little issue with my order and the manager just argues with me. I haven't been so frustrated with a company like this in a long time. Corporate is dragging their feet because it is "locally" owned so if you are thinking to come to dominos go the extra few miles TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. Or any other pizza chain. They will take care of you so much better!
You’re operation here in Wilmington is a disaster
Two separate deliveries in a row there were missing items that I have paid for. This time I did call, and I spoke to an extremely nice woman who apologized and said she would send someone back with my items (I live 0.6 miles from the store). I stayed up waiting for 2 hours and no one showed up. Extremely disappointing, especially because this has happened back to back now.
I pulled up to the window to pick up my order and the lady. Add the window with super friendly. She asked me how my day was and put everything in a bag for me. So it would not shift around in the car. I made sure that she got a tip from me because I wanted to make sure she knew her customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for your friendly service. ☺️ Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten-free option.
11/15/2023 I ordered a pizza of 10 pieces and 8 wing hanero mango, my pizza took more than an hour then they send me the buffalo wing and the pizza that it wasn't, they said 6 day your money will arrive back to the card and today 11/23 I called because the money can't arrive because it's a bone work card they haven't done it then I called and the very rude Maneger said that he won't return it to me when they said yes and don't bother or call
