Racist.....I received no greeting when I came in. A white man walked in a received a "welcome to dominoes". The store is poorly ran.

I ordered for delivery to the hotel I was staying at and after two hours I called the store and was told that they only have one driver and he takes at least 20 orders at a time and therefore they cannot guarantee when my order will be delivered, but it should be soon. So, I proceeded to go to the lobby to wait for my order. Another hour goes by and called the store again. By this time it's 10:00pm and dinner time is basically over and I'm ready to get back upstairs. But I'm still hungry. The store didn't have an update for me but called the driver to see where he was and I could hear their phone conversation. The driver said "I realize her hotel is only a mile away, but I have a lot of orders to deliver and honestly don't know when I can get by there." So, I told the store rep to cancel the order, and I could hear the driver say "whoo, thank God!" The lady inside the store, who identified herself as a manager, said "okay, fine." She said the manager of the store walked out, and she is a manager from another Domino's who came over to help. She said she "cannot offer any type of service recovery, or any discounts or free items....and I can call back to the store tomorrow to speak with someone." This was unacceptable. By now, I've waited more than 3 hours for food that never arrived. I'm still hungry and it's too late to call another restaurant. This definitely spoiled my night, and let me know that Domino's did not care about keeping my business. You've lost a customer!

Order was never delivered. Not sure how this is still open.

Awful customer service and delivery. Placed an order and they delivered to the wrong address and refused to acknowledge their mistake.

worst dominos i’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. the first couple times i ordered from here it was alright, probably took an hour or so, which is a little weird given it’s only half a mile from me but i didn’t think much of it. however, i ordered a pizza here a few weeks ago and it took 3.5 hours to arrive and tasted like cardboard that had been left under a heat lamp for all 3.5 hours. i tried calling the store probably 20 times to get an update on why it was taking so long and it would either ring forever or someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. if i could give this place 0 stars i would, truly AWFUL

The customer service was terrible. I was told my order would be delivered in 30 - 45 minutes. I ended up waiting over 1 hour. I called back and asked if I could be compensated for waiting longer they told me no.

It is a mistake to order any delivery from this Domino’s. It doesn’t matter how much you want pizza or how little you want to go outside-it’s not worth the frustration of trying to get them to give you the food you ordered. I’m posting this so that I stop making the mistake.
