Worst Dominos ever they never answer the phone and I’m pretty sure they don’t even deliver have been waiting 3 hours for my food

11/1/24, Please Be Advised. Do not EAT from this place. Do not order. Called , A young man told me, that the store on M st, SE doesn't deliver to Navy Yard or Capitol Hill. Asked 2 speak w/manager, a young lady answered & told me, she was not the manager & was very rude. I asked 2 speak with Manager, she said, the manager said he is Busy, & said rudely, in the background, let the lady come to get a pizza. Manager & employees practice Fraud & Hatefulness.

Placed the order online for delivery and did not receive it. The driver could not find address which was very easy. You need to work with your drivers.

By far the worst experience ever! Yesterday I was given the wrong order. I had to drive all the way back to restaurant to retrieve the right order. Manager was unapologetic and rude. Had to wait an additional 25min just for a new order/ correct order. She stated she was bout to leave the place anyway… So call the owner she could care less.

Delivery took 3 hours, one pizza was burnt and the other soggy. Dude it sucked 0.5 out of 10.

This place is pure garbage. Came in for a pickup and the guy at the window didn't even acknowledge my presence. Another worker tried to help me and got my pizza and brought it up to counter, and the guy still didn't help me. He eventually put the phone down and then he walked away. When he came back, instead of finally helping me he got back on the phone.

FREE PIZZA HACK! I almost always automatically get an email offer for free pizza every time I order from this Domino’s because they’re always exceedingly late (1+ hours when ETA is 30 mins). Expect your wait time to double, so put in your order accordingly. Then, receive an email from Domino’s apologizing and offering you free pizza for your next order. Rinse and repeat for free pizza for as long as this branch is open and continues to perform consistently poorly.

Almost 3 hours for a cold pizza and sandwich to be delivered. Avoid this location.

Its been a long time since I ordered from here and out of hunger I went against my judgement and ordered. My food was decent this is more so for the delivery driver. Now i understand getting nothing but card orders but on the off chance someone pays in cash, you'd think you'd be prepared to dole out change if necessary. My driver made a $15 tip off me, under the justification that he has only been getting card orders and he didn't have change on him. Dominos need to get this location together, or shut it down its been a horrible location since I been in the area

I just want to say this was my favorite dominos right by my house now apparently there is a new manager Edwin or wherever I’ll be going to a new location.

Worst Dominos EVER! Pizza full of air bubbles, less than 10 pieces of sausage on the entire pizza when that was the only topping. Incompetent staff who answer the phone and barely have basic comprehension skills to understand why you’re calling & RUDE delivery driver who can’t read and follow instructions for delivery after being later. I will never order from here again.

Just a nightmare!!!!2,5 hours I waited for the delivery of food to the hotel, which is 10 minutes from the store, everything arrived cold. I ordered pasta in my order and they didn't put any utensils with the pasta, I had nothing to eat. Calls to the number are not answered, all the time kept on hold. Horrible service

Every delivery is over an hour late. I have never had worse service from a Domino’s. If you call to ask about your pizza, you are lied to and told it’s only 15 minutes away.

Pathetic. Waited TWO HOURS for a bread bowl that NEVER came. The manager is a joke and was mad at ME that she only has one driver for 2+ hours.

Even when I received Wrong order, the store sent it again correctly
