We order sometimes 3 times a week. 2 collect and yesterday a delivery. The food was great. Sadly every single box was opened. And they don't normally come like that. I really don't want to think what happened. It's a shame. But I will contact head office next week about this. And it's really sad because when u collect its perfect
I've eaten from here a fair amount of times over the past 18 months, with no problems. Unfortunately, the last time I made a late order to collect, upon eating the pizza I found a hair underneath the cheese which I had to pull out, quite obviously my whole order went straight into the bin and we went hungry for the night instead. I spoke a manager on the 3rd of Jan, who had a terrible attitude. Agreed to carry out a refund after being told about the hair, and the fact I'd binned the whole lot. When the refund hit the bank, they had only refunded the one item, being the pizza I found the hair in. I made another phone call today, being the 10 of Jan and spoke to a different managed who refunded me the additional items I had to throw away. Who ever I spoke to today, the 10th of Jan thank you. And whoever I spoke to originally, I think you need to re-evaluate your managerial skills, and be a little less on the defence when given a situation like so, I understand these things are going to happen and that they can only be avoided to a certain degree. I've attached an image of the said hair, and if I had of received a full refund from the off then I couldn't have taken it on chin and left it at that, but for future customers please be cautious and aware that there might well be a loose hair on your food.
