Received pizzas so undercooked you couldn’t pick up the pieces.Tried calling store and they said they would look into it but no refund and no replacement pizzas.Emailed corporate they gave me a case number and expect me to call store again to try to get resolution what a joke horrible customer service they obviously don’t care about there customers
this Domino's has been my go to for as long as I can remember but tonight the Worker closed early for no apparent reason canceled two of my orders, and won't even come to the door to tell me why this happened. He just gives me some smirk and walks away, also I called the number they gave me to ask why my orders were canceled and the phone just rang and rang and rang on hold so they're not answering the phone either even though they're supposed to be working. I just think this is the most unprofessional experience that I've had with any store in the last 6+ months, at least. edit : that was just one night and although it had me beyond frustrated.. I understand that the store could have just been short staffed. I am officially over it Lol. and I will definitely be back to this dominos. they stay with the thick crust pizza!
Order the pizza at 9:55. They don't close till 12 AM. They canceled my pizza. I tried to call nobody answered so I went by there and there was one worker just sitting on his phone. When I knocked on the door he turned off the light and walked to the back. This is so unprofessional. I will be escalating this to Domino's corporate. Because this young man should be fired. He closed the store 2 hours early. He's sitting there in the back, getting paid 42 hours of work, but he's not doing it
terrible service. called and ordered a pizza. waited an hour. just for them to cancel it. with no phone call or notice.
This is the absolute worst Dominos. Made an order online waited one hour no delivery. Called the restaurant put on hold for 40 minutes never did get hold of a person. Order finally showed up 1:50 minutes after the order was placed- cold not eatable. Now fighting for a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
I usually have nothing but good experiences with this particular store but here in the last week, I have tried to order 3 times only to have my order canceled for no apparent reason! When trying to make contact with the store to find out why, no one ever answered the phone. And the hotline that takes the orders kept transferring me back to the store, even AFTER I told them no one was answering! Extremely infuriating to say the least!!!
