Called in a order 10:32am to be delivered at 12pm and no one showed up so I called the store and got the norm of it's on its way and I asked for the general manager name and was told it was against company policy but gave me the district managers name and number very disturbing to me but continued to ask for the general manger name waiting still for a pizza that was to be here at 12 and basically told the rude gentleman to cancel the order and to refund my money and he basically hung up on me so I called the district manager back and informed him of the customer service that one of his managers was giving and so I called him on a three way call to lie about hanging up on me and telling me he told me he was the general manager and said he told me that like 3 times but yet he didn't know I recorded the conversation with him and he tried to act as if he was being polite but no Mr Ozzy you were not. You showed just the same character as you have before to customers even in front of me in the store. I do believe you have lost me as a customer and you can say oh well but remember this it only takes one customers experience to come down the line to other possible customers for your location. And I will make sure I never order from your location again. I think you should be disappointed in yourself and be replaced as manager. Rude, disrespectful, no customer service and no honor, completely not someone I want to trust or would

You can get the three medium pizza deal over at the Harvard location for under $25 this location charges over 40 bucks for the same I reported it to corporate
