Domino's Pizza

Lousy service 2 hours to wait for food that I can make in 30 minutes outrageous price no good need to close down

Ordered a pizza at 7:14pm online, with a note that it would be delivered 17-27 minutes. Called an hour later (8:12pm) - after the 3rd attempt the phone was answered, and was told the pizza wasn't started yet, and that it usually takes up to 2 hours. If that's the case - update the time frame on your website for deliveries.

12.28.23 Ordered food at 6:30pm by 8:30pm was watching app and said food was done at 801pm so started calling the store no answer finally I got an answer at 8:53pm was told sorry they can’t deliver order and had to cancel or come get it as they didn’t have delivery driver (I have two kids been waiting in pjs and not able to leave) so said cancel and then the manager called back and said the delivery driver delivered order to our door and left outside… walked out side no food anywhere called back and she told me to go ask hotel to check cameras because somebody stole the pizza as it was delivered there is no cameras by our door…. Nobody stole the pizza and she told me to figure it out as the driver delivered it. We searched the entire property which has numerous buildings and still no pizzas so now two young children are going to bed with no food because of the lack of care. We are avid dominos users and traveling and love to have pizza in the hotel room but totally dishearten the way we were treated and expect a full refund as we didn’t get any pizza….

It was a busy night at this location, so we felt bad for the one worker who was doing everything alone. Our order was correct, and the honey bbq wings and lava cakes were fire. Hawaiian pizza was good too.

They did the job!! Loved my pizza. It was amazing.

Ordered a pan pizza to be delivered and it came in less than 30 minutes and it was the BEST pizza I've had from any Domino's.
