Bad service they don't answer the phones

Been here over an Hour for pizza. I stood in line almost 15 minutes before being served. Only to find out that I had to order online. Ordered online and still haven’t received my food after 45 minutes. A fight almost ensued between a customer and employee all the while I’m still waiting a big NO ⛔️

I’m sick because of this I threw up 3 times food tasted like dough do better

It's 22° outside and this 1444 N Kingshighway location doesn't have the heat on in the lobby that I waited 25 extra minutes in freezing cold for my pizza that was done 10 minutes before I arrived but the worker told me it wasn't ready. The only attractive girl there who just walked in 15 minutes after me got my pizza for me when I asked her after another customer walked right in & got theirs. The pretty girl did lie & say it's being delivered when it says carryout but she then stopped the shenanigans & gave it to me. I should've asked for a refund just because I waited in the cold 25 minutes for nothing because my pizza was cold & under cooked when i opened it. Pretty girl did apologize but before she got there non of the other employees asked if I'd been helped, re-asked what my order was or nothing. The guy that told me it wasn't ready yet was gone to either smoke or make deliveries not sure. Never will I go to this location EVER again.

Placed an order at 5:25 didn’t receive my order until 8pm when I called the store no one answered!!!

Worst customer service I've had! Extremely disappointed... couldn't even get an order in. Wouldn't call here ever again.
