Domino's Pizza

Our order said it was delivered when it hadn't been. It was already an hour after the initial delivery time on a Sunday night. First employee hung up on me without cause. The second time I called and got a different employee, (the manager he claimed) couldn't have been less helpful and couldn't have cared less. He simply let me know we would have to continue to wait and should expect our order sometime soon but the driver had four other orders with him. The app claims our pizza was delivered and he claims they have no control over that. Don't use this Domino's for your delivery needs unless you just hope to eat someday and aren't picky on when that might be.

This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time

Ordered from here to take advantage of the 50% off deal when you order online. Wwitedbthe 37 min it stated would be wait time saw that delivery driver was on way my husband went down stairs waited 30 min came back up bc driver never showed. My husband called just for them to answer and put him on hold for 5 min more he hung up bc his phone was dying. After he hung we got notification order was canceled. My husband asked me to call up there and I did a and they said that driver returned food bc my number didn't match the orders number.... mmmm ok I explained i was calling on the behalf my my husband who did make the order. Well the number isn't the same so he brought it back. I said my husband was downstairs for 30 minutes driver never called and never showed up. I asked for manager he said he was the manager and then said the order already has been canceled do you want to reorder. I hung up furious. My bet is they never made the food just said they did bc what company would allow food waste like that over a mismatched number. That driver never left the store.

We ordered our dominos 3 hours ago. Called around two hours in and was told it was being put in the bag for delivery. Nothing came so I called again at 3 hours and was told in was in delivery but nothing came. Worst experience ever. Do not order from here

Doesn't offer a 0 star... Ordered a pizza and Harold (driver) claimed he attempted to deliver to my hotel (I was waiting outside lobby) and yet no food was delivered... Personally went to the store and was mocked and laughed at and ridiculed stating "it was my problem for not answering my phone" Even though my instructions said I was waiting outside the hotel literally 0.9 miles away from Dominoes as my phone was in my hotel room dead on the charger from working all day long (11 hour work shift).... Asked for the managers name and was told he doesn't have to give a name even though Dominoes wants MY name when I place an order??? My reasoning I can think of is that there was 3 police cars at my hotel and maybe Harold (the driver) had possible warrants and was maybe afraid to deliver??? Or idk.... But the fact they refused to make it right while laughing is just ridiculous If this is how the Dominoes franchise allows their staff to be ,then I'M DONE for good!!!! You lost several SEVERAL loyal customers. We know allot of people, manage a whole branch that runs 15 different companies. I can spread word of mouth faster that a STD

Order was placed over an hour ago and still not here. Called the store and they said the driver left over 15 minutes ago, yet I'm only 6 minutes away. If I would have seen the reviews, I would not have ordered her. Shame on Domino's for allowing this.

I never review places but what the heck. Lets start with the good. Pizza was good exactly what I asked for. Loads of olives which awesome. They could’ve used more sauce. Now the bad. Harold (delivery driver) called and said he was here. I go down to the lobby of my building. He was not here. I had to call five times to finally get someone to pick up. When someone did it was a very rude woman who told me he brought the order back to the store because he couldn’t get ahold of me. I had spoken to him about 45 minutes prior. She said she was about to bring it. This experience took well over an hour, I ended up with cold pizza, and extremely rude service. I love Dominoes but this location is awful.

Delivery (2mi away) took 1.5hrs, pizza was literally raw in the middle, the cheese wasn’t cooked and the crust was still soft. It wasn’t even cut! Online app isn’t synced and the store provided no help for delivery coordination. Terrible experience

I had one bad experience I ordered the food and they never showed up the three times were great

I was called by the manager Brittany early in the morning that my pizza would be ready. Because I am a nurse and my company ordered it for me. They had no delivery drivers. Upon arrival Dakota was the only one to be semi professional but the male manager would refuse to converse with me. They also refused to help me find my order after I provided proof that I was called by their manager. Worst place possible to order food. And terrible customer service especially from a manager
