Domino's Pizza

Food is what you expect. However, know that they do not use gloves when preparing your food. Don't believe me, just sit in the lobby and watch the preparation.

This is the only domino’s in Norwalk, the others are minimum 20 minute drives away to entire other cities. Yet they don’t deliver to my address, which is ~3 miles and 10 mins from the store. Okay fine, thankfully they’re on Uber Eats now, right? Nope, delivered by store staff and follows the pathetic radius of the store. They also don’t offer carside pickup in the app, while simultaneously having basically nonexistent parking on a very busy road. So I have to go there to pick it up myself, park in the car wash lot next door, and walk over in the 17 degree windy cold, because they don’t wanna drive 10 minutes away (even for the cash they’re raking in charging a premium price for customers using a 3rd party service like Uber)? As someone who delivers food for a living, if I refused to deliver anywhere over 2.5-3 miles, I’d make nothing…

$6.50 delivery charge?? That doesn't include tip! Insanely ridiculous for a pizza chain to charge

I bought a large pizza and they messed up my order and gave me the wrong pizza sauce. I called them if they can change it and he was rude to me and the first call left me on hold for 20 minutes and the second call he said he couldn't do anything about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY CONSTANTLY MESS UP ORDERS!

Muy muy mal servicio y hay que esperar 2 horas para que se dignen a venir a dejarle la comida que pedí online. 2 horassss. Wow increíble lo mal servicio que tienen. Metieron mi orden al horno 45 minutos después que hice mi orden online. Y tuve que esperar 120 minutos más para que llegara la orden a mi puerta. Pésimo servicio. No lo volveré a usar.

Do not order from here. I ordered online and never got my order. I want a refund. They need new employees who actually want to work here. Really bad service.
