Pizza came cold, and didn’t give me my drink. I called the next day and the manager was extremely rude.

I have worked for domino’s, being a part of the distribution centre knowing a great deal of stores throughout the uk. This store does not live upto Dominoes’s ethos in the slightest unprofessional manager with the wrong attitude no assistance to send out the correct pizza. He was to quick to say email customer service… NOT MY PROBLEM ♂️

Incorrect order, called the store within 15seconds , no that is not an exaggeration I checked my call history to confirmation email, it was 10-20 seconds. Manager said he could only give me a refund, gave me the email to customer service, they apologised for the managers actions and he should have issued me a full refund, customer service gave full refund.
