Domino's Pizza

Just don't waste your time. Rude people, who lie.

I’ve only ordered from this store twice. The first time the driver forgot my pizzas at the store. Marked the order as complete on the app. The driver went back to the store to get my pizzas and didn’t come back for over an hour. I was given rewards points to make up for it. I ordered again left a note on the order to leave it at my door. I put the note because I was taking care of things around the house. I check the app and it’s marked as complete so I check the door for my order. The order isn’t there. I call the store and the manager tells me the driver didn’t see the note so she brought my order back to the store. The manager very rude tells me it’s my fault because I didn’t answer my phone even though I left a note to leave the order at my door. The manager offered to deliver the pizza as it’s been sitting in their warmer this whole time(45 mins). I said well I didn’t want some old pizza and she got mad and said I’ll cancel your order then. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this store!! The employees work reflect leadership and it’s very clear the manager at this store is the problem for their failures.

What a mess. I was just yelled at by the delivery driver from this location. We selected 'leave at door' on the app, but instead, he sent us several text paragraphs and frantically called four times. When I went downstairs, he yelled at me—all within about two minutes. Really odd/creepy. I’d advise staying away from this location.

They always treat me kindly when i go in here, they work hard and treat you well, what more could you ask for!!

I'm cool with waiting an hour but when I call to see how much longer and you have attitude about it, nah.

Pésimo servicio la persona que me atendió me gritó muchas cosas solo por qué no le entendí lo que me decía y asta golpeó su terminal de cobro señalándome que hay y fue muy grosera

This is the only Dominos that has told me "No" on putting garlic seasoning on the crust on the New York style pizza( or previously the Brooklyn style) . Every other Dominos said no problem. I worked at Domino's and it takes 2 seconds after it's out of the oven to put it on. Was told to "buy Garlic Cups and put it on yourself" . Worst Domino's I've been too in MN

Don’t call here. They will say hold on and never get back to you

The person in charge was very rude and unprofessional. She answered the phone and said she seen my order but ain't gna make it for 2 hours. I drove past the store and stared in the window and she was just standing there. The mod on duty at 9:30pm on 09/22 needs to be fired they take no pride in their store or their customer service. Do better Domino's. I headed down the road to pizza hut. At least they got sense when it comes to talking to customers.

The store made an error with my order and took the initiative to make it right from a customer service stand point. Very apologetic and understanding! Johnny and Terrance were so friendly and Brianna was outstanding! Love this location there google rating does not speak to the level of customer service they provide! Will recommend and will be back

I ordered the supreme pizza. It was so delicious! The price was good, and staff were great! Definitely will go back!

I can see why this place has so many bad reviews. I went in for an interview that was scheduled for 11:30am. I even showed up early, I was there around 11:20. I tell the man in front that I'm here for an interview and he COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. Didn't go to get his manager or anything, Just kept prepping or whatever he was doing and there was no one else to talk to. I sat there 10 mins and when someone else came up from the back I was hoping they'd be able to do something, she was nicer and didn't ignore me but still nothing was done and I ended up just leaving finally at 11:45. Highly unprofessional
