Domino's Pizza

Great place. Only thing is some employees weren't wearing gloves while handling food.

I did an order on Uber eats. I called 4 times trying to find my order. They said the delivery driver tried calling me (never got the call) and that he showed up and nobody was outside (which i had been for almost an hour at this point) so my order was canceled. I'm at the hospital with my 6 year old son in the burn unit. He just started eating. He wanted pizza. This is absolutely ridiculous.

They shouldn’t have somebody working the phone that don’t know Great customer service. Seriously so now I’m SOL from Ordering pizza from them because I got some Non-train Customer service person running the phone. Thanks, Domino’s !!!!

I literally have ordered from this place from my new apartment at least seven times and have had it delivered in the same spot every single time because of my the back entrance to my apartment. The first order I waited two and a half hours, The manager refused to have it delivered due to me asking it to be delivered in the alley which I totally understand. But then I had placed an order and use the apartment building address and after waiting an hour they decided to cancel it again after the manager told me that it had to have an address. After trying to call the second time no one would pick up the phone or even give me a reason behind canceling my order for the second time. The first time the gentleman hung up on me and was rude. You would think after waiting a total of 3 hours they would be a little nice but of course not.

The reviews had me a little nervous to order from here. However, my three experiences as of late, have proved todd either. It's not what it used to be, or they were just review bombs. My food has always been ready within the allotted time that they told me it would be ready.. going in. They even have a digital board that tells you when your order is ready. And I've had no problems picking up my pizza. Will continue to be a repeat customer 🙂

Called in the order never got the food. And they canceled my order at 2am.

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery on a Sunday to hotel after a Vikings game, arrived quickly and food was good.

THEY NEED TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER. DISGUSTING 0/10 NEVER GO HERE

Ordered online for delivery and got all order confirmation. Waited over 45 minutes to get the call saying they were here. finally we called and ask if our order went through properly because we waited for almost an hour and the store was only a mile away, got put on hold for 10 minutes to finally get hung up on. Went over to the actual store to see what was up and got told that the driver had called us (we got no calls) and they had thrown out our order. We ended up getting no pizza and got laughed at by almost every delivery driver there. 0/10 would not recommend.

Pizza never came, store customer support was non existent

WAITED A HOUR FOR A PIZZA THAT NEVER CAME! Please don’t order from here ever I’m trying to save you time and hardship. I added a picture of what I got… NOTHING and they never called or told me it wasn’t coming and when I called back they were closed. Get your restaurant in line or shut down.
