Domino's Pizza

We tried it. In Phoenix Domino's was good. My lunch partner said, which I agree with, "the sauce has no flavor and is so sweet. The crust was hard on the bottom, and not done in the pizza." Add to that the cheese wasn't real, there wasn't much of it. They put pineapple on it, just a couple pieces, but still, if someone was allergic to it that would have been pretty bad. It was the best part of the pizza. Still on the hunt for a good pizza in Virginia.

I ordered 6 pizzas for a group of people at my home drove 30 minutes to the store and the cashier told me it would be an additional hour before the pizza was ready they haven't even started prepping it yet I had to cancel my order and go purchase something else for dinner . They weren't even that busy there was 4 pizzas on the pass through and 2 pizzas being made on the prep table but a bunch of people in there . Dominos lost 65.00 tonight and I went across the parking lot and had Sam's buy one get one for 46 $ and a lot quicker than the hour and bigger pizzas . They need to tighten up or find another job they evidently don't like or cant do theirs properly .

This is just asinine. Put on an order through the app. Apparently the address, which is saved in my app as or address, didn't go through to their system as our address. App said the delivery arrived, we didn't get anything. Called the store, they said it was dropped off. It would be nice to know where they supposedly dropped it. They were making a new order and getting it right to us... Am hour and a half later the delivery is still not here, but they say it's on the way! Meanwhile my son didn't get to have lunch before his soccer game.

Order had incorrect pizzas Had to drive all the way back for them to remake them and take the messed up ones back Didn’t offer anything extra for the struggle Had to sit there extra time to wait on correct pizzas When I got home the rest of our pizzas I had gotten earlier were all cold It is also my son’s birthday and he wanted specific pizza so I had to get it redone.

I am giving this dominos a RAVING review and it’s been a long time coming cause I’m forgetful af. But dominos, other than your delicious wings and garlic covered pizza which I love… you also have a god sent Angel working for you. Unfortunately I either never looked or forgot the name of our delivery driver but they saw our welcome mat with our dogs on it, and probably heard our dogs barking like crazy and not only neatly left our food right by the door in the cold weather but ALSO left our pups a little treat too. Tina and Alice are officially Dominos dogs!!! Thank you for handling our delivery with care and thinking of our two crack heads in the process ❤️❤️❤️ The photo included is from the night our pizza was delivered showing the happy pups and their treats left by dominos, I truly meant to post this well deserved 5 star review MUCH sooner!

Jonathan delivered my pepperoni pizzas and this guy deserves a raise. Nicest man ever, deserves a million dollars

The foods fantastic and the drivers are great thats about it. The mobile app never freaking works for their location like ever. Not even when i go online can I ever order at this location. Every time I call them they say theirs no issue with their online system but clearly there is. I know I can’t be the only one with this problem. Its starting to get on my nerves because I love ordering from here im considering stopping buying from this location in general.
