Domino's Pizza

My fiancee and I had a bad service with an old driver. Not only did we get a refund but the assistant manager called and gave her personal number to us incase we were to ever have problems in the future. Really shows they care about their customers!

Last two times I’ve ordered the pizza has been cold. Driver sat outside my place for 20 mins after he delivered the pizza. Obviously not in any rush and cool handing customers cold pizzas. Very professional

Worst pizza and customer experience ever! At 4:04 pm, I ordered a pizza from Domino on Lane Allen and had it sent to my sister. Pizza still had not arrived by 7:00 pm so I called back. I got a text from the driver saying they assumed the outer door to the apartment building was locked(but did not go to the door to check)so they returned the pizza to the Domino store. I spoke to a female manager who was rude and would not give her name but would redeliver it. An hour later at 8:02 pm still no pizza. I called back and spoke to a manager named Rob. He was rude also. Told me I wasn't the only customer. At 8:15 pm the pizza finally arrived! I would have canceled the order but it was for my sister. A 4-hour delivery time is simply ridiculous and it's even more so when the managers have poor customer service skills.

This Dominoes on Lane Allen is the Best Dominoes I have ever experienced. Customer service is on point and the pizzas and treats come out exactly as ordered. They aim to please! Spot on and above every time! Thank you Lane Allen Dominoes!

Picked up carry-out, disappointed, received wrong pizza. Review #2 - So, we tried this location again tonight, got the right order, but the crust was paper thin, and the toppings were falling off, turned into a deplorable soggy mess. A total waste of our time and money. I'm not sure if we will try again. At this point, we do NOT recommend! We would give negative stars if it were an option. *** Update: We tried again after many months, and it was decent for fast food and pizza. ***
