Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza and they messed it up, had to wait for them to make another pizza! Still charged me and charged me for ranch and sauce. Very unprofessional

I was very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an online order for a pepperoni, pepperoni & sausage, & beef medium pizzas. My order came wrong. Everything was sausage. No beef. My boyfriend doesn’t eat pork so it was important that we got this issue fixed. I called the store and after being on hold for 3 minutes I decided to drive to the location and stayed on hold the whole time. I walked through the door on hold (8 min plus at this point) while several employees were in the location working. In my opinion no reason someone is not taking the incoming phone calls. I immediately asked to speak with the manager. She comes to the front and I explain my first problem is that I am still on hold while standing in her store. She proceeds to get defensive trying to explain what each employee is doing. She says she is short staffed which is bull as there are 5 employees plus herself. Seemed fully staffed to me on a Saturday night. I asked her to politely to give me a beef pizza. She then asked me who had a slice out of the box. I said lady I’m not about to do this with you. My receipt clearly says beef I ate a slice to confirm it was in fact sausage. Funny thing is I am writing this review while sitting in the lobby listening to their phone ring non stop and not one employee is taking the time to answer the phone. I would think in this industry every time the phone rings that’s revenue calling. Terrible customer service.

I ordered pizza a week ago at 9:40 didn't recieve it until 11:48 was advised to call back cause they were new. When I did I talked to Olivia who was rude and refused to help me. When I asked for computer number she told me I had to find it myself on Google. Now I filed a complaint and have received no response back from corporate so I will send in my rating to let others know what is going on. And I also have advised others not to order from them due to the management being rude people and not wanting to help.

We like our thin and crispy not so crispy and they do a great job at cooking it to perfection. Thank you
