Of course I ordered on a Saturday evening and they were busy. I did in store pickup. It was smooth. Food was still hot when I got home. I haven't ordered in a while. I feel like the marinara sauce changed since the last time. It was still delicious.
The delivery guy took my change from a 100$ out of 38$ order and close the store no answer !!! I’ll be there when did not give af about me or my change ima be there opening morning
Do not order delivery and definitely don’t tip your driver before the pizza is delivered.
I ordered two simple medium pizzas online, I left a tip in for the delivery driver and my food still arrives 25 minutes late and cold. According to the online pizza tracker it sat in the store for over a half an hour before the pizza left out for delivery. The store never thought to call and let us know that it would be late, they didn’t consider coordinating with there drivers so the food didn’t get cold, it’s really sad that people don’t take pride in their work or care about their customers anymore.
2 times in a row my family ordered delivery which should of been here in 30 minutes. After an hour I called them back asking about the pizza just to get told they accidentally put it in for carry out. The first time the pizza showed up cold so this time I asked for a new pizza to which they say no the pizza is fine. I hang up and after 5 minutes they call back asking for payment for a delivery fee. The customer service is terrible the manager was pissy with me and resentfully took the delivery fee off. I ask how long it will be and she says “whenever a driver gets here” Not giving me any time frame and then hangs up. I’ve never seen a restaurant manager care so little about the customers that eat there 0-10 would rather lick the crumbs out my toaster than deal with this place again
Have ordered from this store many times. The food and delivery service has always been outstanding.

When I went in there to pick up my order it was like walking into a sauna. I waited for 20
mins because it was busy and I was so uncomfortable. I can’t imagine working there I feel so bad for the employees. I was chatting with an employee and asked how hot it was in here and she told me it was 86 degrees!! I then asked if the owners were planning on fixing the AC and she said “no apparently we are moving locations”. I said okay, when is that? She said “I don’t know he’s been saying that for 18 months”. OMG these owners are terrible! Don’t support this location.
Did it alright berger then some places and have some OK deals

I have not had a chicken bacon pizza that good in a while! My kids smashed the pepperoni/bacon pizza in one sitting. The price was not bad neither with the $6.99 coupon. Thanks guys!
I placed an order to be delivered to Americinn Janesville WI. My pizza is fine. However I ordered plain wings and asked that they be cooked well done and they were not. They also forgot my ranch. I also got cheese dip with garlic not. The cheese dip was burnt and not dippable. I called and spoke with Krista and complained but she said call back in ten minutes. I called back and spoke with manager Andy who was very rude. He argued with me. He told me I hung up on someone and said Everytime I call it's something and that he thinks I'm trying to scam him. He did offer a gift card or to remake the order. I told him the wings are gummy but if I could get buffalo wings cooked twice and he agreed but said the cheese dip is how it comes. I explained that I ordered it last time and it was perfect but he continued arguing that whoever made it last time must have put to much cheese. He made it himself. I told him it's stuck to the pan and not eatable. He then says if it sits any amount of time it will get that way. I told him I opened it while I was on the phone giving my complaint and it was like that already. After constantly going back and forth I just said forget it and he says have a goodnight. I forgot to add that I asked manager Andy would he eat it and he boldly says "I don't eat anything here". Way to represent your employer. Domino's need to do and hire better.

We got 2 hand tossed Pepperoni pizza and a Veggie pizza with Sausage. Both pizzas were so bland and terrible quality of pizza such a waste of money. My god I would have rather just had a frozen pizza or seriously Little Caesars. Straight up disappointed. Instead focusing on putting all your money into ads Dominos how about you up the quality or change the way you make your pizzas because what you charge for pizza is a crime for the quality of product you receive.
They said they delivered but I still have no food. I called the local store and the operator said they’d send the driver by again with cold soggy tractor tots and wings. Ugggh!
My hotel door was ajar and they were asked to knock. Nothing happened! No food!
I asked for a refund but now it’s a waiting game. Meanwhile I’m going to have to reorder elsewhere and wait some more.
