Domino's Pizza - Ilkley

I ordered my food in the app. it said it was ready to collect. i went to the store and they told me wait. 30 minutes later they give me my food, it had been ready the whole time. i get home to find the food is now cold. very poor service, and it’s ruined my meal. Parking: no direct parking to branch

I have ordered at lots of Dominos over the years, this is one of the worst for one main reason- cheese! For some reason they don’t put enough cheese on the pizzas. This is a long term problem. I then ordered double cheese to try and get around this issue. There are still parts of the pizza ‘bald’ with no cheese on- this isn’t normal and I’ve never seen it before. So if you like pizza with way less cheese than other Dominos then you are fine. If not then order from another one. I’m not hating on Dominos I’m a huge fan but this store they always make them the same! Look at the pic from K Peake (local guide) - his review is 5 star but there’s barely any cheese on it. If you do order get the collection deal on the app it’s less than half price
