Placed an order for delivery never showed up, person who answered said they were closed and I placed the order before closing really bad service now I'm going to sleep without me eating nothing at all !!!!
Placed an online order for 11pm so I could eat on my lunch break, been waiting for 20 mins just for the delivery driver to show up. Now I got 5 mins left to find something to eat for the next 6 hours, food is what gives me energy for these 12 hour shifts. I called and cancelled it and they didn’t even apologize or offer discount or anything. Definitely will not recommend and relying them to deliver on time. Pick another place cause this place ain’t it especially with the prices and the quality of the food
Cussed at by employee while the other was smoking while making food. Employee was irrate I "wasn't answering my phone to tell me they didn't have any tater tots". I didn't even order tater tots, it was someone else's order. I had to show him the email of my order for him to believe me. Employee never even apologized for his mistake. Never going to this Domino's again maybe not even the Domino's chain in general

And hour and a half and two phone calls later, we finally get our food delivered. It was cold and far from freshly cooked. I called and spoke to Lydia, she said she was the manager. She stated if I wanted a remake, I needed to return the food to the store. I said that wasn’t possible, that’s why I had it delivered. She said that was my only option. I gave her the option to either pick up the food and/or refund the money. She said no. I told her I’d be calling corporate. She told me not to threaten her. I said it was a promise. She hung up on me. I contacted corporate. I worked many years in the service industry, so I have a lot of empathy for a lot of situations and I let a lot slide. This was really bad. Lydia shouldn’t be in a management position.
