This place is ran badly, food is often 1.5 hour plus late. Cold food! Owners are constantly short staffing their employees. Terrible.

Started order online and pop up said as long as the order was submitted by 12 food would be received but within minutes of ordering the store called and cancelled my order stating they closed soon. Then don’t take online orders !!
Great local location of a national Pizza chain
Fast delivery but I shouldn’t be surprised after inspecting my food. Ordered a pan pizza. After the first piece, I realized the pizza (dough) was undercooked. You could even see cheese shreds from the cheese not being fully melted. It was gross. Had to put it in my own oven for longer. Very disappointed. Will not order from this location again.
Next time when you’ve literally got a septic hose being drugged in and out and dripping everywhere smelling awful while people are getting their food. You might not want to do it during business hours how gross.
Ordered delivery and tracked the driver, drive by our house adding an additional 15 to 20 minutes to our delivery time. The driver drove right past the house into the delivery hub for XPO, and the Penske location off Roberts Rd where they sat for at least 15 to 18 minutes. When the food arrived, it was barely lukewarm. Food was to be placed on the white bench per the delivery instructions bit was placed on the porch instead. Since I can not take back my tip, I will just stop ordering from this place. Such a joke. Sextons Pizza will gladly take my money. The pizza was under 100 degrees in temperature. The wings were less than 90 degrees. Yes. I have a ThermoPop Z.
Absolute terrible service. My delivery order is typically made wrong or I wait hours to receive it. Management here is a joke. They refuse to remake the food I pay for and THEY mess up. Won’t answer my calls ever. You guys have lost my business indefinitely
Very rude service by white dude long hair guy..he was drunk or high..new management and staff are disrespectful.
Disappointed but not surprised after seeing these reviews. We called to make a change to our order (red sauce to white sauce because Uber eats didn’t allow the change even though it’s a very common offering, even on their website) and immediately the way the man answered the phone you could tell he was irritated. While the order was being placed we decided to make the call, to catch it before the order was fully put in the system. I told him that we’d like to make a change to our order; he immediately cuts me off and says “well it’s probably already being made so we can’t do anything.” I then tell him we JUST placed the order as I was calling, it wasn’t possible. He then sighs very loudly and says “I’ll see if I can do something about it.” I tell him we just need to change the red sauce to white sauce, he loudly says “HUH! WHAT!?” So I repeat myself, slower and he immediately cuts me off and screams “I GET IT! YOU DONT HAVE TO YELL AT ME”… no one yelled, I literally didn’t even change my volume, just slowed down; he was on speaker phone and all my friends heard, they all were just as confused as me and were honestly telling me to cancel the order because how can we trust someone like that to make our food. I then say, in the same tone, “I was not yelling, I was repeating myself because you said you didn’t hear me.” All I have to say is, whoever picked up the phone June 7th at 6:53 PM needs to get a grip of their emotions or find a job they will actually enjoy. Outside of this, it’s already been over a hour since we placed our order and we still haven’t received it. I can’t help but think it has something to do with the man who answered the phone because we live LESS than ten minutes away and we all know it doesn’t take a hour to make a pizza. As a paying customer I don’t want to be heckled over the phone when it was a really simple request that did not require all that attitude nor have to wait over a hour for food we paid for. Please pull the call if needed; it says all calls are recorded on your phone line so I would love for upper management to hear this!
Had to edit! After all the attitude, him confirming the order wasnt through yet and waiting over a hour, no red sauce. Will NEVER order here again.

Had a card specifically for the Hilliard location for a free pizza. Though there was no expiration date they wouldn’t accept the card over the phone. We were told that we needed to bring in the card then it would be 8-10 minutes to make it. I drove to the location and was told they won’t accept it. I was clearly upset with having to drive in and also now not able to redeem the coupon. They did nothing to try to make the situation any better. I’m very disappointed with the way this situation was handled.
Ordered online was fine. When we showed up I had to use the toilet and man did I regret it. It was filthy with feces on the wall (right beside the paper towel dispenser). I had to get creative with toilet paper to get out of there and that heavy door handle got me in the side leaving a huge bruise.
Told my husband the not so funny dance while we waited for our order. Which allowed me to examine everything else. Like: why does every staff member have a beard? Not 1 beard net though. They all at least had their hair held back with hats and whatnots so they are AWARE of food safety protocols.
He who I assume to be management (no hair covering) was lost. When we came in he took our order name, the guy in back perked up and said another 3 minutes so they all waited. Finally we stepped back up and they looked again. Manager kept forgetting our order name (or miss heard it many times) then when my husband mentioned it's probably that bottom 1 that had been sitting there before we even got in, yep it was, manager got tiffy with that same guy in back. Neither male was respectful nor professional. Husband mentioned the bathroom and the manager blew him off.
Thus my motivation to leave this review.
The food wasn't too bad for a fast food joint and to my delight I found not a single beard hair!
On point and on time with price perfect for a family or just for yourself also service is friendly and always ready to assist.
One time it took 5 hours to get us pizza, it was also cold when we did get it but I get it they were short on drivers that day but still it should never take 5 hours
