Staff can be better

I recently had a disappointing experience with Domino’s. My order took over 90 minutes to arrive, despite an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes. When I called the store, the staff was unhelpful and offered no apology. The food was barely warm, with poorly distributed toppings and a soggy crust. Additionally, one item was missing, and another was incorrect. Customer service was dismissive and only offered a partial refund. Overall, the quality and service were far below expectations. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

NOT EVEN WORTH OF GIVING 1 *, bcz 1. Worst dough, esa lagta h jse muh me kisine bkwas BUN rakhe ho, it's much bttr to go at local shops even or cook at home 2. Not talkin on soft base or thin crust base, bt La pinoz, martinoz have much better taste. 3. Beverages are for 60 rs. for 475 ml, where u cn get at 40 rs. for 750 ml in other pizza places. This above points for all Dominoz franchise, not only for this branch. For this branch, 3 people were working there and also there was no cleanliness and even on asking of cleaning the table, the mai guy said it will take time as they have orders to complete and even aftr completion of our meal, it was still messy. Worst service. PAISE BARBAD SARE....

Quite small outlet with quality level of food and service is a bit below average

Half backed , low taste consistently bad pizzas from this outlet, not match standards of dominos , please close this outlet or change our delivery option from this outlet very poor food

Bogus me bogus outlet. Pahele to ye chutiye log 30 min me 2 call Kiya but order hi dispatch nahi Kiya. Then after 10 min n raising complain he deliver it after 1 hour. Ordered 2 onion pizza (69₹) but brings 49₹ pizza and onion pizza. No pepsi is there. So technically jo Domino's ki 30 min guarantee he. That doesn't apply to this ppl. Order should be free. And Domino's still owe me pepsi as well... In chutiyo ko sabak sikhane ka ek hi rasta he.. create as many fake order u can. Write random address and let them wonder where to deliver. Store like this deserve every bit of it. If delivery partner from store is reading the review, get transferred and join better outlet. Atleast I am gonna make multiple fake orders for sure. Thank you
