At about 8:30 pm, on 3-15-24, after a very tiring drive from Birmingham, AL, hindered by an hour long standstill on the interstate, my husband and I checked into local hotel. Being not interested in going out to a sit-down dinner, we did what we normally do at home; ordered online for pick-up. The process proceeded as usual, and we monitored our order online. At he designated time, we arrived at the location to pick up. However, no one seemed to be monitoring the pick-up window, so my husband went inside, retrieved our order, and went back to th room. Since we've never had an issue with our local Domino's, it did not occur to me to check it beforehand. When I opened my eagerly anticipated meal, I found the worst pizza ever. Not only was it poorly assembled with 1/4 of the crust completely void of sauce and toppings, but it was totally COLD, dry, and hard as a rock. As hungry as I was, and having settled in, I had little choice but to eat it anyway. I had to just hope it wasn't meant to ho in the trash.
We got almost $60 worth of pizza, three pizza total. The Hawaiian specialty pizza we got was the most out of all three and there was no cheese on this pizza. Literally none, sauce meat and that’s it. I have never seen a pizza place not use cheese. Never again
I use to tip freely at Dominos. Now I ensure I look around the pizza before I pay and tip. Dominos quality is down bad. Possibly just the foley location. Y'all should be winning considering we lost little ceasars. 2 dry pies ....thanks.. im sure there's more moisture in freddy kruegers burnt face skin than these 2 foley Domino's pizzas.
