Placed an order for delivery at 6:17.. less than 1 minute later, my pizzas (two mediums) were being prepared with an estimated delivery time of 6:52 .. all looked normal. Once it hit about 6:35-6:40 and it still said they were preparing my order, I started to get a little weary, but I thought “ it’s a Saturday evening, they might just be busy. Benefit of the doubt, right? “ .. my pizzas did not go into the oven until 7:07pm - 49 minutes after they were “ being prepared “ , and 15 minutes after my estimated time of delivery. Both pizzas left about 20 minutes later - and delivered about 20 after that. Finally, sitting down to eat almost two hours after ordering pizza - I open the boxes to burnt / sloppy pizza.. The cuts were all misshapen & it looked very unappealing. Additionally, it was like ice cold .. how is it burnt / cold? The strangest combination lol. Terrible experience.
Ordered, waited, arrived, paid, waited, waited, waited 40 minutes later I asked for my money back, they couldn't keep track and gave me a few bucks less than I gave them. Didnt want to watch them struggle so I let them keep it.
It sucks to see these bad reviews. Things just haven't been the same since covid anywhere, and I would have hoped people would be more understanding now. This location gets busier than you can imagine. They've always been relatively on-time to the best of their ability and I appreciate that. Solid food, good people. 10/10 and folks please, just be patient. I worked here a LONG time ago and I must say that even back then it would get insanely busy at random times. We used to joke that people all ordered at the exact same time, it's crazy.

Update... The manager called me and gave me a replacement pizza and it wasn't burnt and tasted really good. I used to go here a lot. Last time I ordered they burnt my pizza to the point that I couldn't eat it. Tried to contact customer service and they just kept giving me a useless reference number. Called the store and the guy said, "You ordered a thin crust pizza and those are easy to burn." He told me he would credit my account for a replacement and then hung up on me. I know I will never get that free pizza. Man, I really used to like you guys, too. It only takes one bad experience to turn people off forever. Pizza Hut is better, anyway.
