ORRIBLE SI TIENES 2HORAS PARA ESPERAR TU DELIVERY ORDENA Y AGUANTA HAMBRE 2horas para un delivery

Paid for delivery and my pizza wasn’t even delivered to my home , got a phone call from a nasty manager ordering me to go and get my delivery half a block from my house so what is the point to pay for delivery if you have to picky it up yourself no good. Don’t support this store anymore . Pay for some other place with better service and more friendly customer service.

3 minutes takes me to get downstairs to get my food , apparently this is a lot to wait for the driver so I called the store they said needs to wait more because I took so long to get down for my food Better if order and pay at home because when you paid in advance this is what happens I will not order again from this store they can’t wait 3 minutes but I have to wait an hour for my food this is insane

A few orders back I was owed a food item and they told me next delivery it would be in the order I had to wait the next 3 orders to get it. TODAY I GOT A HAIR IN MY FOOD! ACTUALLY BAKED IN THE PIEEEE! Imagine eating a pizza n instead of cheese sliding out the pie it was a long piece of hair coming out. DISGUSTING!!!!!! WOULD NOTTTTTTT RECOMMEND! Just got back another pie because they wouldn’t refund me and now it’s so dam cold! Still no refund or replacement pie/item
