I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances and each times it took significantly longer to deliver than estimated. When I say significant, I mean over an hour. They need to learn to give accurate estimates so people don’t sit around hungry waiting. Also the pizza was undercooked last time I ordered. I’m officially done with Dominos. Corporate needs to step in and figure out a solution for this location, whether it be building another Dominos in the area or hiring more staff.
I order from this Domino’s location once a week. It’s a hit and miss fr. Well, tonight, I ordered my daughter and I a medium 2 topping pizza and cheesy bread. The pizza was fine, but the cheesy bread looks like a baked loaf of uncut bread with minimal cheese and did I mention uncut!! The pizza crust was so dry, that I was afraid I was gonna cut my throat lol so I had the worker put more garlic on it. But the cheesy bread, im not feeling at all since I ordered it for myself only. Cheesy bread I gotta pull apart like it’s monkey bread lol…y’all gotta do better with the toppings, the baking and cutting of the product.
Don’t bother ordering delivery from here. Takes 2-3 hours minimum( it’s been 2+ hours still haven’t heard anything) and you can’t get a hold of anyone to try and cancel your order.
Ordered at 4:26. Said on the way at 5:43. Store is 12 minutes away. It’s 6:40 and it’s still not here.
Update!!! Aisha,, Kudos you and the team’s cooking last Friday was Great!!! New Fan!!! Laq and Josh as usual you all rock and roll!!! Perfectly cooked pizza and pasta, and the speed of delivery.. Amazing!!! I hated giving the review below but she needed to know it was just constructive with Normally this place rocks after having made a few adjustments. There' still a lingering problem. After getting sick 2 years ago and (A) manager blew it off I posted to let everyone know we had to go to doctor on the poison website. I stopped ordering there. We decided to give it another try and great almost all new staff. Excellent pizzas, except 1 person does not own up to the fact they can't cook or provide customer service as well as the other manager and deflect any ownership that maybe just maybe you're the weakest link, and the free pizza thing is played out. I get free pizza from my rewards. I'd rather have it done right the first time!!!!. So I commented about a sub par pasta dish a month ago. I did not ask for a refund or anything. I just notated that it was sub par. See pasta pics of how it should be cooked compared to what I received Well that same manager calls me and tells me that's the new way... Turns out it wasn't. I've received 2 orders from others were it was cooked perfectly. Even one of the ones cooked on that shift with that team. Well today again undercooked pan pizza and half a order of pasta... I've wasted too much time on this. If I place an order again and their managing shift I'll just cancel order. I started to cancel a few days ago when I saw their name pop up. Should've gone with my first mind. Others team members and management are Great!!!
I wish I had the ability to get the food... ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 8:00, it's 11:00 and nothing... oh and apparently no one is working cause had the phone on hold for 1 hour.... nothing delivered, no customer service , nothing. Worst experience ever...
