Domino's Pizza

I'm very disappointed.... I always tell everyone about how much I love this location and they can do no wrong...... this place has went down, the quality of food is not the same, cheese bread use to have cheese, now is more bread, pizza not that great and boneless chicken with barbecue use to be good, not anymore.... I typically order black box pizza with 4 to five topping on each, sometimes I'm paying almost $38 to $45 for 2 pizza and 1 bread, depending on what i get..... I think I'm done blowing money here, rather cook at home.. not 1 bad day, more like 3 different times, so I'm done with dominos... and that mac and cheese was a mess, sad

I just picked my pizza up from this location and it’s not even cut all the way so my boyfriend and I are tearing pieces off the pizza as I type. Not only that but when I ordered online I saw this location was hiring for delivery drivers yet when I asked about it the manager complained about me asking about it “5 minutes before closing time.” She told me to ask about it during normal hours which I thought was unprofessional. I’m a manager myself where I work and I’d never turn a potential employee away just because we close in 5 minutes. It’s so hard to find a job and this alone shows me why everyone’s quitting their job or just simply unhappy where they work. The environment seemed unsettling and the delivery guy said goodbye to everyone and no one said anything to him. I hope this location becomes more of an upbeat environment or maybe I just wish someone at least smiled at me or responded to the delivery guy who was finished with his shift…

Was put on hold over 20 mins, when I finally ordered my food the lady who took my order was rude and just didn’t care, she snapped an attitude as soon as I started asking questions about my order. Only reason why I gave the 2 stars was due to the fact when I picked up my food the employee Nathan was such a sweetheart and seemed to actually care about me as a customer. I will not come back that woman Benny I think her name was just ruined that location for me I will forever go to jets right down the road. I can not suggest this establishment if you don’t want shitty food made by a woman who cheats my product. Was told by an employee that this location cheats you out of toppings. Order from Jets they have better product and price plus there just up the road not that far out of the way.

Order arrived way later than website estimated. On tracker order sat in "quality check" for almost 30 minutes. Pizza and Mac we received was ice cold, plus another pizza was made completely wrong. We ordered a thin crust deluxe and got a regular crust spinach feta. They did remake and deliver the correct pizza after I called and was left on hold forever. Of course now no one even wants the thin crust so by the time it gets eaten it won't be crispy and hot. Overall extremely disappointed again. The only time we get good service is for weekday lunches. Weekend service is terrible!

Pretty disappointed tonight. $50 order. Waited 45 minutes for cold smashed pizzas. Store agreed to send new one in over an hour. Last time we use this location

First time eating Domino's and it was absolute garbage

I never get Domino's pizza, that's pizza rule #1. I do get their parmesan bread bites with the butter garlic dipping sauce, and let me tell you, I find myself craving them often! Also, their subs are pretty darn good. But remember, do not get their God awful pizza and you're good.

I had orders a pizza online and on the menu they don’t have butter and parm I called the store and they wanna charge me for what’s not on the menu so how I’m gone pay for the butter and parm if I already place the order and it’s getting delivered

I have been going to this location for over 20 years. I have seen them at their worst and after last night....their best! I want to say thank you to Benny!!! After a long day, I had the absolute best meal from 15/Harper!!! It was so good, I drove back up to the restaurant to acknowledge the staff and especially Benny with how happy I was and how much I appreciate them. From this day forward if Benny's not working.....I'm not ordering!!! Benny did a wonderful job! She was polite attentive when she took my order over the phone and made sure my order was made correctly. Seriously made me the happiest customer last night. Thank you again to the WHOLE crew, and a special recognition too Benny!!! I know you guys were swamped but you still pulled it off can't thank you enough! Sincerely, Tony Lighthouse

I am an Uber driver & I dropped off an employee here who was coughing & hacking the whole time. Definitely sprayed my car with lysol & won't be ordering from here. If u do & u get sick, u know why

Awesome service from Melanie. I went with the easy order and it was really fast! It took me a minute to get it together online on my end.lol. No worries, Melanie made sure all systems were go even before I got there ahead of time. Wow! Thank you and keep up the great work. God bless ya! Ps. The Pizza taste great too!

The store is always fast. They’re quick to help people and the food is always delicious. Thank you Domino workers.

Usually I order online, vs going inside any establishments. Decent priced on the menu. A lot of variety for a pizza joint.

terrible customer service, overcooked noodles, undercooked bread, and also couldn’t follow simple instructions of me removing one ingredient from a item.. sad..

This is what happens when you forget to tip on the app and give them cash... Two pizza destroyed and I got offered an $8 credit which hasn't been approved yet....

The general manager almost caused a 3 car accident at 15/Harper. Rather than apologizing, he had excuses and pointed fingers. I will tell all of my neighbors not to order from such a rude and dangerous business. Slow down and pay attention little boy! After I called to report this to the store itself, the guy took my number and contacted me personally! Who owns this place?
