The whole process from beginning to end was awesome

I just moved here today and I have to say that this is the best Domino's Pizza I've ever been to in the entire country.

On line orders are always done fast. Obviously if they're busy it will take a bit longer but it's worth it. 511 Pershing keep up the great friendly service. You are appreciated....

I placed an order redeeming a coupon for a free medium 2 topping pizza. I also ordered a garlic dipping cup and a philly steak loaded tot. Before submitting the order I called the store ahead of time to request a gluten free crust substitution as I have celiac disease and can't eat wheat. I explained to the associate in detail what I was ordering, my name and address so there wouldn't be any mix ups. My order was then delivered to the wrong address and late by an hour. I called the store to have this issue resolved. The driver took some time but was able to deliver the food to my house only for me to discover the crust had not been substituted for a gluten free one. I am fully aware the gluten free crust is a small. I've have for years ordered from this location, making this request and it's been honored. I called the store back to explain the pizza was wrong. When I asked for a manager I was on hold for a few minutes. Once she picked up I explained to her my substitution request and she snapped at me telling me they can't and wont' do that. I called her a liar as I've done this multiple times over many years. All of this could have been avoided if dominos offered gluten free crust as an option for a pizza redemption and if the manager wasn't rude towards her customers. This is my last time ordering from dominos.
