Domino's Pizza

I placed a timed order the previous day scheduled to be delivered at 6:30pm with delivery instructions to call when they’re on the way bc they always get lost. I called at 6:25pm because I hadn’t received a call. The guy on the phone said it was just then being put in the oven. I called back because it was 6:45pm and it’s still not here. He said that it’s on the way but all the drivers are on triples so probably another 10-15 minutes before it gets here. I told him we are at a party with hungry kids waiting and he said yeah probably about 20-25 more minutes. I asked so timed orders don’t really matter then? He said they’re only consistent for carry outs not deliveries. The driver shows up at 7pm. He was driving extremely fast up next to where kids were playing. He was rude and said he got lost. It was in the delivery instructions and I reminded the guy at the store to have him call on his way so he didn’t get lost. We told the driver that’s why it said to call first and he just copped an attitude. The food arrived cold. We have bad experiences 9/10 times from this store but this was by far the worst. We will go back to ordering carry out from the Scranton store and driving to get it, they’re at least professional.

These people take delivery seriously. Fresh Fast Hot from the oven Hot not sitting Luke Warm Hot. Oven Fresh

I'm just upset when listening in on the employee's talk about how happy they were that the manger turned off Mobile orders intentionally, the only thing that upset is how the same exact order I get online was almost twice the price ordering Inn (side note my pizza was incorrect, I had ordered pepperoni with extra pep but didn't get exrta)

I ate the pasta with added spinach.

It’s like a heat wave in the store I feel so bad for them emplthey we’re so nice but dripping sweat it’s 95 outside and like 80 in the store. Y’all need to do something about that before one of your employees have a heat stroke. Treat your employees better please and thank you. Happy To Change to 5 stars when they get some AC

It's pizza yall

We’ve ordered from this dominos numerous times over the last several years and it never disappoints. Glad to have this dominos on exit 29.

Still one of the best pizza spots in town. Delivery is almost always on point, nice and hot and most of all order is correct.

Great pizza tonight. Keep doing that and you’ll have a fan. Don’t be skimpy. Give the people what they want and they will return shout out to the cook.

We live near exit 29, so we order from here at least once every couple of months. And this is the best Dominos we've eaten at. The delivery is always really fast, the service is great and the pizza is really good. It's not gourmet pizza by any means, but for fast take out pizza, it's really great for nights you don't want to cook. Delicious!

For delivery or pick up it’s a great spot. Staff is very nice.

Carry opened the store this morning and made our order. Not only did she have my son's birthday party order ready precisely on time but she made everything perfectly and piping hot. I want her manager to know that she is a perfectly wonderful young person working very hard and absolutely deserves recognition for that.
