Very bad customer service!

Made me wait for 1:30 hour for a small pizza. and when i tried asking for it they gave me the wrong order, then they made me take the wrong order and never gave me the original order.

Delivery drivers are nice and the pizza is tasty.

I have ordered twice now, last week and tonight. In both cases items were missing. I called and they were nice enough to make another delivery but what they brought wasn’t what I ordered even after talking to them on phone. The delivery guy took a picture of the receipt which was correct and was suppose to make contact so someone could bring me my order and no one ever did. They seem really nice but the attention to detail needs work.

Mohammad delivered our pizza super fast! It was still steaming when he handed to me. Everything was correct and delicious. Just what we needed for a Sunday get together

- food is pretty good at this location, the only issues I have are each time I order, I am missing one of the items I ordered or the wrong item was sent . - staff friendly each time I have talked to them. - prices are normal for the area. - overall not bad but seems like they need to pay attention or slow down and make sure everything is correct before sending out for delivery.

Customer Service absolutely sucks was put on hold for long periods of time totally unprofessional there's better places to buy pizza

The text alert system as well as the online tracker said my food was delivered and/or outside. I went down and stood outside for 10 minutes before the late driver showed up. On top of being late he pulled off as I was approaching the vehicle slammed on brakes in an unsafe spot and waited before handing me my food. As if that wasn't enough he demanded a tip and said it was the store's fault! I normally tip very well and for all services. I handed him two dollars and said next time be on time. I was attempting to walk away and he turned towards me me insisting I hand him the rest of the money in my hand. As if this wasn't insane on his part, he wasn't even concerned about at least two other orders sitting in his trunk. Senseless! I must admit I order delivery from this location all the time and he appears new to me.
