Domino's Pizza

Absolutely horrible experience-2 hours after ordering (told 50 minutes for delivery) and still no pizzas. When you call, they just say-we are short staffed. So, my pizzas have been out of the oven for over an hour, just sitting there-hello food poisoning! PLEASE DON’T USE THIS PLACE!

Charged us 4 times for same order. Told us it would take 50 minutes for delivery, after 1-1/2 hours we called and they said it would be at least 40 more minutes. No apologies or offers of compensation. Prior to getting our order thru on app, took 1 hour on the phone to clear the extra charges. I appreciate that sometimes things go wrong but the terrible customer service and their crappy response is totally unacceptable. Never using this Domino’s again!

Edit: they posted this nice sounding reply to my review but 3 weeks later haven't answered me after I sent my contact info as requested. This location is truly a joke. I love Domino's but with this location I ran into the rudest Pizza experience I've ever had. I am staying at a hotel and entered the correct hotel address and name. The drive called me multiple times asking for help finding it. I asked him multiple times where he was and he said on a highway. I asked what street he was crossing and he ignored me about 5 times before said there's no streets. He said he's going back to the store and hung up on me. I called the store to see if I would be refunded and the gentleman there started reading notes off a computer. I asked him what they were going to do and he said he doesn't know. He then said he'd have the driver call me and hung up on me. I got a notification on app my ordered was canceled but still haven't heard from anyone. I used reward points so I hope they will be refunded, if I had used a credit card I'd do a chargeback since they aren't answering at all now.

Wait time estimate was 47-57 minutes for a pizza delivery. At the one hour mark, I got the alert that the delivery person was “in the neighborhood.” He was stationary at the same position for about 15 minutes. He then drove past our house to the mall, so he completely skipped our house. We called the store to let them know and they said it would be 7 more minutes. When the driver got here, he called and said he forgot our drinks. We live like 4 blocks from the location, but he said it would take 20 more minutes to go back and get our drinks. We told him just bring the order without the drinks. The food was cold and he also forgot the sauces we ordered. Absolutely horrible experience and will NOT be ordering from this location again. Also took an hour and a half to get ONE pizza and cinnamon twists. No sauces or drinks.

I have two pizzas untouched that I will be returning to you all when you open. My first order placed at 8:01pm and my replacement order they brought to me at 9:42pm. Terrible terrible terrible!

Domino's never made the order. Placed order on 11/19 online for carry-out for party on dec 9th. My credit card was charged for $76 because it's not possible to pay at store for amounts exceeding $70. On december 8th, called to discover the order was cancelled and placed a new order for the party on December 9th which was never made. Waited around like a bum in my party clothes at the dominos for them to make 3 xL pies. The staff member was rude and only offered a minor discount of $9 for all the trouble and inconvenience. Do not use this place for any advance holiday ordering. Completely unreliable!!!!
