Domino's Pizza

Yesterday I bought the special Super Bowl pack that Dominos was offering with the mini breads, 2 medium one topping pizzas, cinnamon rolls and a rolls and a coke with garlic sauce and Icing. Fortunately or unfortunately I was the only one in my family to eat the sauce and icing. I ended up with a terrible case of the runs. My guess it’s the icing. Maybe it was not stored properly or maybe it’s dated. But it totally has destroyed my stomach. Luckily my family is ok, since nobody else ate these and the pizzas were great as usual. I willl never order out of this location again.

Said it was delivered, never showed up

I placed a carry out order on Saturday January 27th to be picked up on Sunday January 28th at 5:30 PM for a total of 11 pizzas for a company meeting. Me and my coworker get to the location to only find out that nothing was ready nor have they started it, mind you one guy said oh we are busy we will get started on it immediately. What I got angry about is that when we came in they didn’t look busy at all they were talking and laughing with each other so I felt like that was a lie I understand it takes time to make that many pizzas but I had a specific time I was going to pick them up, they didn’t offer anything to me or my coworker for having to wait damn near an extra 20-25 more minutes and being late for the company meeting because of there mistake. I understand things can be a bit backed up but after placing it a whole day before and for it to not be done is crazy… I will not be ordering from this location nomore.

Delivery driver called and did not want to come to door. When I requested it be be brought to the door, they hung up on me.

I order pizzas at 1 o’clock in the afternoon to be ready at 6:30 PM. I get there at 6:30 and they’re not even making them yet. This place is terribly mismanaged awful franchise location.

This dominos is one of the worst I've had the pleasure of visiting. Sure their pizza is solid (as one would expect from a chain), but their service is downright horrible. I ordered a pizza today (1/19) at 6:40pm, and the website said pickup in 20 minutes. I arrived at the store 25 minutes after ordering only to wait another 20 minutes. At that time, an employee told me it would take another 45 minutes for my order to be ready. I decided I would tank the cost and go get a reliable source of food (chick fil a). I went back to the store at 8:10pm to pick up my order since I prepaid. There was a large crowd and the couple next to me asked "did yours take forever too?" At that point, my pizza was finally handed to me. I asked to speak with the manager about a refund, so he came over. He took the pizza box out of my hand to see the receipt, promptly refunded my order, and then TOOK THE PIZZA TO THE BACK OF THE SHOP. I turned to the couple next to me who were equally shocked with what just happened. There I was, an hour after my pizza was said to be finished, with no pizza and only wasted time. Don't visit this Domino's location unless you want your pizza a week from when you ordered it.

Improved menu keeps me coming back

I always trust this dominos when I pick up my order but I got delivery for the first time and my driver not only said I’ll come back, closed me order, didn’t give me $15 on my food and the store wouldn’t answer the phone after 5 calls on a Saturday.

Went in to get my emergency pizza which I wanted light cheese and extra sauce with pepperoni and well done bake which came out perfect and delicious and warm and I couldn’t imagine giving such a high review to Dominos, but they really went above and beyond and made my order Quickly and efficiently, delivering great results, will definitely make this my go to Dominos over the one on Lee highway!

Not so great experience from delivery driver dropping off an order to my hotel. He brought all of our food but in the end when signing receipt I didn’t put a tip and the driver asked am I not adding a tip. Jumping ahead as I was going to give him a cash tip. I think it’s best service not to require and demand a tip. Once he asked about I almost thought not to tip. Even though I was charged a service fee and a delivery fee on the order already.
