Honestly I've only had one bad experience with delivery here and several very good ones. Especially considering it's a pizza place in a college town.
I'm updating my review because my experiences at this location have drastically improved over the last couple of years. Orders are made quickly and accurately. The food tastes good and the quality is great for the price.
I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered issues with my pizza delivery. Even when attempting to address concerns with the staff over the phone, I was met with indifference. To the owner of this Domino's pizza franchise, I urge you to prioritize customer service training for your team. Empathy and kindness should be core values upheld by all staff members. Having worked in the food industry myself for three years, I recognize the importance of fostering a positive atmosphere. The attached images illustrate one of the most recent disappointments: receiving a Domino's pizza box topped with a two-liter Coke bottle. Such oversight reflects poorly on the brand and defies common sense. I ordered vegetarian pizza, but I received a random pizza order. Compare it from my order receipt. Regrettably, it seems there is no avenue for formal complaints, despite this being my default Domino's location. This experience has led me to reconsider my patronage of Domino's altogether, and I now understand why some people harbor negative sentiments towards the brand.
Skylar the delivery driver is lazy and doesn’t know how to deliver. Reporting her to the bbb. Completely terrible.
