I ordered dipping sauces with my pizza and they never gave them to me. I called them and told them about it. The girl on the phone said she would refund me. But they never did. Poor customer service
Took forever to have a person come to the window(they were not busy) ,the pasta was barely edible and close to half a normal order, and the 16 wings i got were the wrong sauce. I love domino's and order frequently, i werent to the store on Nelson and will never order from there again....only thing right was the soda. When i called to get order corrected, the person that works at the store said "well what do you what us to do about it"
Tried to go into the building about 30 minutes after they were supposed to open. Sign saying "open" was on but the doors were locked. 2 employees stacking boxes and doing various other things saw me and just looked at me. No attempt was made to unlock the door. If you don't want me to give you my business turn your sign off and change your hours.
I placed a take out order, they made a mistake and had to remake it...which is fine, but it's cold out, and they wouldn't let me wait in the lobby...even after asking...so I told them to cancel the order. I hope the franchisee seems this post. And sees that your employees aren't looking out for your financial interests
