Dine House by Eleven Course

We went for a Dinner at this place but was highly disappointed with the service at the place. There weren’t much cutlery with them, we had to ask them repeatedly for plates, spoons and forks. No waiter had time or patience to listen, even we had to ask 5-6 times for a Menu Card. The taste of the food was good but little pricey. We had very very very poor service. Not at all recommended. Also, when asked them to remove the service charge they refused to do the same despite of poor service. They were eager to just close the place and go home without caring about the customers. We had a very had experience.

Overall experience of Dine House was fantastic. Cool calm place. Good service. Prices are bit on higher side.

Most pathetic manager ever seen in my life. This guy named Amit is so arrogant & rude, doesn't know the basic ethics of hospitality. Moreover forcefully charging service charge, even after the customer refusing to pay it. Good food taste was spoiled because of this non sense guy. Seriously such stupid people tarnish the whole image of such a good restaurant. I think management & owners should take note of it, otherwise this restaurant is closing pretty soon.
