Cashier/barista wasn’t too friendly. I got the wild berry smoothie which was overly sweet, I could hardly finish a quarter of it. My bf got a black coffee which was nice and strong but was so hot it needed to be double cupped and double sleeved in order to be held. That probably wouldn’t be an issue for people who use enough creamer to cool the coffee down.
I recently visited Dilworth Coffee Shop and was appalled by the hygiene standards. The cashier/barista, a woman working behind the counter, repeatedly wiped her nose with the inside of her shirt. What’s worse, she made absolutely no attempt to wash her hands before continuing to prepare customers’ beverages. This lack of basic sanitary practices was deeply concerning and utterly unacceptable. I couldn’t bear to stay in line; I left immediately and took my business elsewhere. It’s alarming to think of the health risks such negligence could pose to unsuspecting customers. A coffee shop visit should be a pleasant experience, not a distressing one due to poor hygiene.
Kimberly and Stephanie provided excellent customer service and make delicious coffee! They are personable and a joy to be around. Just wanted to let you know your employees are Killin it!
0 stars. 2 lady crews making rude side comments like it is not being heard. just rudeness.
Girl that took my order could have been a little nicer and the frappe I got was supposed to be a Carmel apple but tasted like nothing but sugar
Went by on yesterday afternoon May 11. The GIRLS were not friendly at all. One of them were actually leaning on the counter and seem very unhappy and impatient while I was viewing the menu. She basically didn’t acknowledge me at all . I could definitely tell she didn’t want to be there at all!!!!! Very unprofessional and not friendly at all!! Terrible customer service!! I will never purchase from A place like that. I will keep my money.
One of the worst Cappuccino :-(
