Its disappointing they only seem to have self checkout open n mornings. Putting more people out of work

I got everything I needed and some things I didn't need but I was in and out quickly. They even had fresh made tortillas!

Sadly, I love using Dillons pickup due to my back surgery and today, Covid has me down. I placed my order in and forgot one item. As soon as I went to add one item, two seconds later, there was no option to add! It stated it was in process. So that means my small order should be ready in 20 minutes not 2 hours, correct? I called and the manager and she said she didn't know and couldn't help me. Well, I have Covid and now I will be going into the store. Josh helps with groceries, he would have went above and beyond to help. He's a excellent caring employee! Walmart has my 2nd order, they were more than happy to help me out and add on; which pick up is in 30 minute! SMH...Thanks for the horrible customer service. I am certain I cannot pick up until 3-4 pm.
