Either intentionally, or through carelessness this company will try to cheat you. It is a regular occurrence that you see an item listed at on sale, clip the coupon, and they don't deduct the price when you go to pay. I also had an issue today where the non sale price was 8.99 the sale price was 7.99. and my item ring up at 10.99. I am inclined to believe it's intentional because I now watch my totals closely and have never found them under charging me despite having at least 7 occasions this month where they did not enter sale prices or stocked the item in the wrong location and tried to charge me extra for it. Please watch closely when you are checking out or you will get scammed.

This rating is specific to pick up services and the self checkout. Pick up not ready within the timeframe I confirmed to pick up, and I had to wait for more than 1/2 hour.that on top of the QR code on their signs not working and no way to check in online. Self checkout line is always long with employees standing around talking, machines don’t work, and -there is absolutely no customer service.

Dillons Westloop has awesome Chinese food and fresh sushi. I'm quite satisfied with finding the items needed.

Knowledgeable, courteous, customer service people , always willing to help you usually with a smile on their face store is clean. I love the butcher shop. I enjoy going there

Great store! Just a warning, I'm guessing kids are going around and taking groceries out of carts. Marked off my list as I picked items up. Get home to make a recipe and 4 items are missing. Such an inconvenience!!! Will keep an eye on my cart from now on.

Worked there a few weeks ago an never been paid so I quit brought it up to management an they ignored me horrible company very upset on not being paid what i worked
