Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I literally just pulled out of the drive-thru with my food and drink and OMG!!! The guy at the window (my receipt says Chris Hodges) was RIDICULOUSLY pleasant, fun, and cute! He smiled at me the whole time and even bantered with me a little making me smile after a LONG day at work which is what I needed but didn’t know I needed. He even smiled through the freaking intercom before I got to the window when I was placing my order. He is so awesome and sweet and I will be back as long as Dickies keeps employees like that. PHENOMENAL customer service doesn’t exist anymore in my mind, but it did tonight! 🫶🏾

This is the WORST BBQ place i have ever been. I ordered take out and the brisket was salty as the ocean, ribs as well, potatoes was cold and actually got sick (still am) after 2 days. Feeling nausea in stomach, cant sleep...shit I thought I had to goto the hospital if I get worse. DoNT eat here, unless you want to visit the ER. If there was negative number ratings, I definitely would get it a -10.

It's okay . I come twice a month and used to be a lot better.. also they increase the prices dramatically since last time I came and started charging for drinks... Another restaurant of the list for now

We had a punch card that was finally full and can only be used for a sandwich. Tried using it yesterday and the rude man at the drive thru window refused to use it saying it was signed off on and can’t use it a second time. We never used it! It was someone’s initials on the last box because he couldn’t find the puncher, but this guy refused still. We’ll never be back!
