Food was excellent.

Placed an order via phone. And let me say. I don't the gentlemans name that took the order but he was the most curtious and professional person that we have dealt with in a long time. Went to pick up, and the same guy theat took the order was who served me, and I felt like I had knew him for a long time. Even gave me a sample of brisket to try while I waited. That alone makes it worth eating there.. thank you sir. And our dinner was fabulous. Keith.

I ordered 2 Combos Online and went through the Drive-Thru to pick it up. I LOVE how fast I can get in and out, and S/O to Anthony for the absolutely AMAZING Customer Service today!! He was so kind and was attentive enough to make sure I had everything I needed. I will start coming more often now as the food was GREAT, AND I was treated with the upmost respect. Highly recommend!!

Sort of heart broken. Love the ribs here but this is the second time I got chewy overheated and cold Mac and cheese. Not worth almost $20.00! I hope this get better bc when the food is fresh it’s amazing!

Dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. Out of everything! Old stale reheated fries, no BBQ sauce on my pork sandwich. No onions or pickles as pictured on the menu. Waste of time and money.

Placed an order online and never received my order. Placed an order about 6:30ish, asking for it to be delivered around 8:15, because i was at work. Got conformation of order and said it was in "cue". Got busy at work, looked at the clock and it was 8:45. Called and called the store multiple times and only got a recording their mailbox was full. So here i am at work, 12 hr shift, no bbq and out 57 bucks. Have alerted the store on their online thing, but am reviewing here also. Hopefully this can be resolved. Not a good way to do business. If you cant fill an order and deliver, at least let the customer know. Will try and contact the store again tomorrow. Update later maybe. **UPDATE** Called the store and spoke to a manager. He was super super nice. Getting a refund for the order not going through. Apparently, when they run out of meat and shutdown, all the orders placed on the site are trashed. Seems they would be able to prevent the site ftom letting an order be placed if they dont have the means to fill it. Anyway, getting refunded the 57 bucks, just if you order from here, definitely do not use the site! Go through the other delivery services and not them! That way at least, theres someone with eyes on your order if something happens.

First time ever going here, I got two combo meals with brisket chili and loaded potato casserole and add on rib. Also tried the wings and pecan pie. I place the order for pickup and a upon arrival they were out of the pecan pie which we subbed a side of Mac and cheese. The brisket sandwich was phenomenal, chicken sandwich was great, the loaded potato casserole was delicious and the mac and cheese wasn't bad but I prefer a firmer noodle but that's nothing against the side. Unfortunately I had a problem with my wings and a missing rib... I came back into the store a few days later and spoke with Anthony and let me tell you he was personable, friendly and understanding. He made everything right and sent me off with a smile. I would steer clear of the brisket chili but would 100% come back for the brisket and ribs. Also hold on to ur yellow cups, my boy Anthony let me know if u bring em back refills are around $1.

This place is so great! I got the brisket sandwich combo and tried the smoked sausage and it is really good!

The pulled pork was actually pretty good but our waitress did not know what she was doing exactly, I ordered pulled pork with Mac and cheese, and okra. It's suppose to come with bread too. I was craving some great Mac and cheese, and our waitress told us it would be a minute on the Mac and cheese bc it was just put in the oven, when I finally got it, it was cold and definitely not home made. It was the Mac and cheese that you get out of the deli at Walmart. Very disappointed, and they were out of okra and bread, so my whole order was not what I wanted. Abd the prices for all this was outrageous. Especially for a bunch of food they didn't even have. Next time we won't be going there.
