Been waiting for 1/30mins they don’t even answer the phone to let u no we’re the stuff is

Cannot score food as we have recieved our order. 2.5hrs after ordering we were still waiting. Phoned them 1.5 hours after order they said it will be with us in 10 min. It would be quicker to to buy our own waffle maker and make ourself. Shocking....

Only sent one item on delivery and then didn’t answer the phone when trying to find the other items. They then refunded less than the items were worth

I order a mint aero milkshake and got Ben and Jerry's instead ? How did that happen

The milkshake I ordered did not arrive the cheesecake is possibly the smallest slice ever seen and the waffle arrived stone cold it took an hour and a half to arrive and when I rang there was no answer shocking service

We had the Cadbury waffle, rainbow cake, gelato's and milkshakes. They were all very, very nice!! To say I'm not much of a milkshake fan, it was really good! Food is very fresh, even the rainbow cake! Just wow! Will most definitely be ordering again! Unfortunately there is no pictures as we scoffed it all

Placed an order online didn’t come until 2 1/2 hours later when I rang them to see where abouts the order was I couldn’t understand so I said sorry I didn’t hear you heard laughing then they put the phone down! Finally turned up was cold and didn’t taste nice at all I always order and have been a loyal customer for a while and this was shocking definitely put me off !! The place has gone right down hill!!
