I ordered some food from here. First time. They called me to say an item wasn't available. I said fine, I'll just have a refund for that item. Cash or refund to my card, I don't mind. They said they can't give cash to the delivery driver, so I said refund back to my card. 2 weeks later and trying email communication, no response. No refund. It was only 4.99 but its the principle of it.
