Derwent Crossing Brewers Fayre

Very average food, no atmosphere.

Rude staff, really unhelpful, very pushy with ordering before you’ve even taken your coat off. I was offered food service to my room by one member of staff, turns out he was new and they’re not allowed to do that, understandable, mistakes happen. The issue was that nobody told me and I didn’t find out until 40 minutes later when I phoned to enquire as to where my dessert was and nobody gave me a ring, brought it to the reception desk, I could’ve come and collected it 20 minutes or more earlier but no, they waited until I enquired and I had to come back down and get it myself. Were they just never going to tell me and leave it to get colder and colder? Ridiculous.

Service was amazing and the food was lovely! Will definitely return.

In this morning for Breakfast and was greeted by Adam, top guy really helpfull, quality fry up too!

Love the burgers from here, eat them almost every day!

Perfectly cooked food! And very good vegetarian option for my girlfriend, will be definitely be returning
