02/13/24 (4:30pm) Denny's Sudley Rd. Manassas, VA Whomever is the manager needs to be fired! Contacted him about an online order that needed to be cancelled, within 3 minutes of placing it and he refused to! Saying the order was "Already made" in 3 minutes! Not happening with any restaurant. Poor Customer service is an understatement! I said I would need to contact my cc company then to have them refute it. He told me do what I needed to do and hung up. Whoever owns this Denny's needs to have their management go through training and learn about customer service. I have never dealt with such poor service in a "manager" or business. $20.33 in case the owners look into this.
Decided that I wanted some pancakes and decided to give Denny’s a try. The food was good, the pancakes were solid, the eggs & bacon were ok, I wouldn’t get the sausage links again. The server I had was not the best, she almost acted like I was at her beck and call and not that I was the customer. I asked about adding an extra pancake to my order and she ignored me at first and then came back and told me I could add another order of pancakes. When I asked about fresh syrup (because the bottle on the table was not fresh) she told me it was fresh, it was room temperature. There is a reason why people choose IHOP, service is a big part of any experience, and the service at this location is lacking.
