Denny's

I ordered pancakes and eggs with sausage. They ran out of batter, they served me my eggs and sausage and I waited an hour for my pancakes. My husband was done with his breakfast and my eggs were cold by the time they served the pancakes. Then they brought them and no syrup. We waisted 2 hours there. We were driving thru. The manager was apologetic and gave me a 20% discount.

Marla was a great server for our big party!

Waited for an hour after ordering to be told that our order hadn't been placed to the kitchen yet. The table next to us was then told that their order was lost completely. They brought me my bill before my food even came. They brought the wrong items from what we ordered. Food was mid at best. They said they weren't charging me for drinks and they're still on my bill. Don't come to this Denny's unless you like your time wasted.

Loved eating here from the start i walked in. everyone was nice and made the atmosphere funny and enjoyable. The crepes were the bestttt. nicole was a great server, vivian was such a great cook and made great conversation. maria was just amazing. Live, Laugh, Love, Luna shes the best worker everrrrr.

I recently dined at Denny's, and the experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by four waitresses. First, Bri greeted us with warmth and guided us to our table with grace. Throughout the meal, Riley ensured our glasses were never empty, attending to our needs with efficiency. Then, Mo offered insightful recommendations, enhancing our dining choices. Finally, Nicole impressed us with her attentiveness, ensuring our dessert was a delightful conclusion to our meal. The combined efforts of these four waitresses truly enhanced our dining experience at Denny's.

Denny's on Watson has really gone downhill. No more value menu. Can't substitute something if there is an allergy. Ex..sampler .someone is allergic to onions . can't substitute something else for onion rings. I used to come here a lot. Not anymore.our server was great but since change in management it has gone down. Only good manager left is Maria. She is awesome. Servers are always friendly and have to deal with all the bad changes that being made.

Slow service

Love the food, and I've always had good service there.

We stopped for lunch in our way to the airport. The staff was very nice and friendly, though they seemed maybe short-staffed and it took a little longer than expected to get seated and served. Food was good and served hot. Server was attentive with refills and requests. There was an unhappy customer who created a scene and the server and manager both handled the situation very calmly and professionally even though the customer was very rude. If Im ever flying in or out of Phoenix again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!
