Delightful Food Company is not a standard bakery. You may order their pastries for pickup, but must order a full dozen of your selection. Delightful does sell their baked goods to area restaurants and coffee shops, and has an occasional "pop-up" appearance at area vendors; the perfect way to taste test their wares. Now.... Holy moly, these pastries are fantastic!! My absolute favorite is a spectacularly elegant, flaky pastry called Kouign Aman; Google it. Try them. They are too perfect to describe.... Peach Tarts are the perfect balance of sweet peach and tender dough. Blueberry Cruffins will change your life! Think blueberry muffin with powdered sugar icing, thick blueberry compote and streusel but in a swirl of flaky, tender croissant. Oh, mama!!
