Customer service is lacking. But to be quite honest, that stems from the low pay the management offers. So I don't really hold it against the workers. What I do have a problem with is how the management decides to train the employees an manage them. That is the problem.

How hard is it to make plain chicken tacos with nothin in it except chicken !!! Somebody need to train the overnight people on how to make plain chicken tacos!!!
