Just wanted one taco supreme hard shell. Quick and delicious. $2.96…no complaints.
This was an absolutely horrible experience and I don’t plan on going back. The woman who took our order was an idiot and repeated our order three times before getting it right and then she complained something wasn’t working right on the cash register. The tacos were over-stuffed with shredded cheese and the fries were cold. Lastly, there were two homeless-looking people coming in and out and all the employees seemed less than concerned when one had asked for scotch tape and was securing the doors and the other was going through trash and lighting things on fire. Like I said, it was a HORRIBLE experience!
It's not my first time going to this location but I usually go in the day shift/ afternoon hours and the food is always hot and fresh. After, getting off work early one morning (230am) I stopped to get a quick bite. While I waited to be greeted at the intercom, an employee aggressively coughed into the intercom. I was taken aback and respond say "Uh uh!" I understand that things happen, so I waited for the employee to apologize or at least say excuse me but instead I heard a slight snicker from my response. So I drove off. Now everytime I think about stopping there at any time of the day, I'm disgusted because either: one, there are employees openly coughing in the restaurant or they just didn't want to do their job and serve me and coughed liked that as a detergent. I wasn't going to leave a review but customers and the business owners need to know the attitude and outlook these employees have during these hours. That's literally the only fast food chain off Ford Rd at N. Telegraph for atleast a mile. I also understand people may come through the drive thru rude, drunk and maybe even belligerent during midnight hours but if they don't want to do that job they should get another. If they were sick, they shouldn't don't come into work and they certainly shouldn't cough into an intercom without apology or being excused.
Day time is great, night time not so much. Always check your food. I got a quesadilla and the inside was full of burnt something. I'm not sure what is was but it cut the inside of my throat. Never again. Decided to give it another try today around 2:20pm. It took 15 minutes to get my food, and I was the only car there. I ordered a bean burrito with green sauce, and the sauce was all over the outside of the burrito, and the outside of the package. My taco was good, but my del combo burrito had lettuce tomato, and onion on it which I don't eat. They could at least make the food right especially when not busy. The owner of this place must not care.
I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had from any restaurant. From the long wait even though I was the only one in line. To missing ingredients on the food, old beans, too much cheese, sloppy presentation. And missing two burritos that we paid for. Id sooner get my money back and never return from how bad the experience was for us.
No hot sauce or napkins. The store was dirty inside.
People really sleep on del taco. I got 3 orders of churros and 6 tacos plus 3 large drinks for under $20 The churros the new sprite strawberry bubble tea drink
If you don’t have 20 mins to sit in a drive thru do not come here. They do not speak to you thru for 8mins and yes I timed it because I witnessed other ppl pull off because no one was responding. Get help.
Five tacos, took quite a while. I was the only one in the drive thru. First taco was a crisp corn tortilla completely filled with shredded cheese. Second taco only had meat and cheese with three tomato chunks. Third taco had all the ingredients, but mostly cheese, ditto taco number four. Taco number five was actually ok.
