At about 13.20 they had no jacket potatoes. We change to a tea cake. Then told if we waited 30min they would be able to put jacket potatoes on .The tea cake came it was the smallest one possible about 3inch a cross . Wheelchair accessibility: It's inside the range shop all on the same floor.

Popped in for a quick bite whilst christmas shopping. Really wish hadn't. Lots of tables needed clearing In the queue for 20 minutes whilst 3 people before me were served....so slow, other people left the queue behind me. My cheese & ham toasties arrived quickly but with no ham. I rather rudely, to other people waiting, went to the front of the queue, quickly resolved with apologies.Staff friendly enough but need to speed up!

Staff served us with little enthusiasm, requested the cake and coffee as advertised for £2, but there was no cake left….. apparently there was some more in the back but that wasn’t coming out until tomorrow. Panini’s were on show in the fridge but apparently weren’t available. Strange……

On a visit to The Range we decided to eat here before beginning a big shop and believe me it was the worst decision we made that day. Upon going the the checkout to order we were told there was no pizza available, that was disappointing but acceptable, so we ordered two cheese burger meals and collected our cutlery. Upon sitting down we found the cutlery in the state of the attached photos, and yes, that is mould on the second top prong of the second image. We promptly put the cutlery aside as my partner is pregnant and we didn't want to risk it (though we wouldn't anyway) and decided to eat with our fingers. Upon the meals arriving we were told there was no cheese (seriously) so instead we got two plain half pounders. Not at all what we ordered. So the food? Think that's redeeming? Nope... The coleslaw my partner described as "eating slugs from a bowl", the chips were undercooked and still hard in the middle, and my some marvel of human engineering the burger was simultaneously burnt on the outside and still frozen in the middle (so don't be expecting fresh ingredients over frozen ones)... This was all served on yet again unwashed plates. It was at this point we got up, left our food there on the table and began shopping which we truly did enjoy as the range itself is a fantastic store this Café is an unfortunate stain upon. We enjoyed a meal afterwards from Subway before the drive home. We both recommend you do the same. Both for your sanity and your health.

The food was awful. Fries and chicken were undercooked and partly raw. Got a 1/3 of our money refunded when my wife took the food back. The place is dirty, abd falling apart. Not even the staff care about it. The guy told us he reported the pizza oven broken ages ago, but the owners could not be bothered to have it fixed. Half the items on the menu is out of stock as they aren't getting food in to sell either. Ended up getting a sandwich meal deal at the range as the food was inedible!!

Very poor meal- we ordered 2 burger whooper deals, 1 chicken & 1 beef, burger rolls were dry the burger was just the burger with some lettuce no sauce, tomatoes or anything making the burger very dry, the beef Pattie looked well cooked and was probably microwaved as it only took about 2 mins from order to delivery, coleslaw was not nice either certainly not creamy very cheap brand used only thing I can say is coffee was nice as it was Costa don’t bother eating here

Disgusting service!!!!!!!

First time eating at this cafe yesterday and must say I will not be returning any time soon. The establishment was covered with crumbs and dust, the children's highchairs was thick with dust and grime and looked like they hadn't been cleaned this century. The food was barley edible with the panini I ordered for myself being dry, burnt and the ends that solid you could break a window if they was thrown and the sandwich I ordered for my daughter made with stale bread

Not only is this place instantly friendly and accommodating i had to take a very difficult personal call on which i got upset and the staff bought napkins for me and checked on me afterwards, While the cafe is in a shop it still feels like a family friendly place to sit and enjoy a coffee highly recommend

Had a nice coffee. Usual price. Very clean, quick efficient service very friendly staff.
